Flying Delta Airlines!

It so happens I had to book a trip to Ohio because I needed to help a family member move to Orlando, FL. So I’ve booked online with Delta.com because I had enough Skymiles the online website said my frist flight well feature a personal video screen and USB charging port! I went this is going to be prefect did I really get it? Find out below..

Looking out the window!It’s now May 8th and it’s time to start my journey flying to Cincinnati, Ohio I arrive at Orlando International Airport and see the Delta entrance I walked though the automatic doors and see the red Delta Self Check In sign I quickly checked in as my flight well be shortly boarding. I received both my boarding passes now it’s time to go though TSA Security Check Point I went though the security line fairly quickly and took the monorail to my flight and arrived at my gate. They where checking in Frist Class and higher up people who basically fly almost everyday. After that my Zone was called into boarding I showed my boarding pass and boarded the plane.  To my surprise Delta.com lied and there was no personal screens thankfully the WiFi on board was not a lie.

After everyone boarded we took off after just a small 20 minute delay and once we reached 10,000 Feet I was successfully given the go to use the GoGo WiFi I bought a pass online before my flight for only $12.00 which included access on both planes it was very enjoyable to be able to check Facebook and enjoy free coke. We arrived in Atlanta, GA and once landed my gate number was missing from my boarding pass so I went up to an automated system that printed a reminder for me which was nice. Once I took my seat what was pretty awesome is Delta offers FREE charging points nice while I was waiting. What was not awesome is Atlanta airport charges $6.95/day for WiFi a bit pricey!

After around a 2 hour lay over I boarded my second plane which to me was just horrible the plane looked very out dated and featured an ugly design and it just was amazing how delta continues to keep old planes still in service and to make it worse it feature horrible arm room I could hardly move to use my laptop. I was quite glad to leave that air craft and arrive in Cincinnati, Ohio once I walked out to the main terminal I was welcomed by ET famous theme song which I though was pretty cool. I walked to a final ride on the Monorail system and walked to the parking area where I meet my ride!

And that ended my experience with Delta Airlines the flight experience was fun but at the same time horrible. I might fly them again but who knows! I would like to thank them tho for issuing me 2,500 points for being told lies.

BIG Changes Coming to Universal Express Plus!

Universal Orlando Express Plus has been popular along many guest for a simple flat fee you pay on top of your park ticket you’ll get to enjoy fastpass access to select attractions meaning less wait! You have a choice to either do the attraction once or buy unlimited. When the purchase is complete you’ll receive a separate paper ticket from your admission. Every time you approach the Express Lane you’ll be asked for the ticket and they well scan to make sure it’s valid and you’re not the one time only ticket. After your given the green light you’ll be going in a much shorter line then what regular guest are waiting in! Well coming soon that may change soon.

Universal Orlando is testing a newer version of Universal Express kind of bringing back the old program they had when Universal Express frist started and it well be powered by Lo-Q and the device name is called the Q-Bot. He’s been used in Six Flags for years and now other popular theme parks such as Dollywood and now Universal Orlando well be jumping the band wagon soon. Private testing has begun for the newer program and we could see in going live it the next few months if all goes well.

So let me tell you the PROS & CONS to the new program.

PROS:
You’ll now be able to schedule ride times easily & enjoy even less time waiting in line.
No chance of having to hold a bunch of addition express tickets.
It can be programmed up to 6 People.
Less jammed Express Lines because this version is powered by a computer.

CONS:
Instead of a small ticket you’ll have to wear a pager type device.
Instead of being able to ride right away you’ll have to go by a ride scheduled time.
It’s unknown if Premiere passholders well be enrolled into the new program free!
Possible different levels sold. Meaning the higher you pay the less you wait.
Hotel guest may be forced to use this new program instead of Unlimited Free Express.

Final Thoughts:
This newest version of Express well likely come true. As they’ve already installed it on many attractions and with team member testing beginning tomorrow from May 2-May 3rd that well help Universal really understand if it’s a great program.

Yes, It takes around 10 mins for you’re UDID to be registered into the server but after that wait Siri will fully respond to you’re command.

Does SiriZone install Proxy Plug ins?

Yep, That’s what’s nice about this service is the company will place many Plug Ins in the future.

Spire says I can’t install Siri on iPad 1 or 2?

It’s a simple fix that require editing though iFile watch the video below.

After you installed spire remember to change it back to true or else you will loose the Photobooth app from you’re iPad 2 till you change it back correctly! It won’t interfere with the Siri tho.

Siri won’t tell me the weather on iPad and some other features don’t work?

Easy, iPad never was gaven a real weather app from Apple reason it will never work. It will tell you the time but it can’t set Alarms or Count Down clock either with iPad. The only way to have a fully working Siri is have an iPhone or iPod touch!

I hope you’re now able to enjoy Siri on any iOS 5 device like I am now on my iPad 2. Remember to read the terms on SiriZone before buying so far it’s been the best I’ve seen!

Republic Wireless Review

I left AT&T about two months ago to search for a new wireless phone company. I noticed that people started blogging about this new company that started November 17th 2011 called “Republic Wireless”. It was said that they were going to offer people a membership plan that only cost $20.00/mo, unlimited everything! So what’s the catch, right? The only real catch is that you’d have to accept a new concept called hybrid calling. Hybrid calling is when you, the customer, need to try to use WiFi as much as possible. After reading the terms I decided to join the beta and I got the whole phone deal for $99.00, shipping was free! After placing the order, the waiting game began. The company began to blog about what’s happening and also started a Facebook and twitter account. Many people started complaining about orders not going though and so on. I decided not to worry. I continued to wait; after about a week, I got my shipping date which turned out to be December 8th 2011. It was a two-week wait but I was okay with it. I then got even more bad news, just two days before my shipping date, my phone was delayed! I started freaking out but, ultimately, decided to wait. The next week came and on Friday I finally decided that I would not continue to wait if no progress was made. Thankfully an email came and my phone shipped as promised! I got my phone December 19th 2011 it was about a months wait, but it was definitely worth it!

Let’s move on to unboxing the cell phone and a review of service. It was simple to unbox and the phone was already activated. I used their Wifi app to connect to a wireless network and started downloading apps as normal. I then did a test tweet on and it and it worked without a glitch. I even did a test call on my phone and it worked prefect! It’s a prefect cell phone for me to own. Yes, the screen is pretty small but I can deal with it. I just need it for internet sometimes to update what’s going on and also while at home and on the go! After a few months I’ll give you an update on how it goes and if I plan on continuing service with them; most likely it’ll be a yes!

Lockerz Sends Real Stuff!

You know I’ve been a member with Lockerz for sometime now and always though it’s hard to win a redeem. Will that all changed starting in January. I first got to redeem something a Taylor Swift cd and I though ok I’m finally happy I got to redeem something I guess I won’t get anything else! So I talked to my friend about Lockerz and he told me it’s a scam I said untrue as I did officially get something from them so it’s really an official prize site. Anyway’s in May they had a redeem and I got in and noticed the MacBook was available for redeem. I entered my info and passed the info page and before you know it took 15,000 points from me now starts the waiting game..

Lockerz reviews order to check if I cheated or not and used a bot and so on. I never did anything of that so I knew I would get good news! Anyway’s three weeks later they do send me an email saying your order was approved and they will ship the item in about 8 weeks. I went YES finally becoming a mac user. One day when I was heading to Universal Studios for some fun the post woman came and gave me this huge package and said hear ya go I knew it was my Macbook because of the Lockerz Tape. I was not to happy to find out it was shipped USPS and did not require me to sign a $1,000 macbook but oh will it’s free and I got to thank Lockerz so much as thanks to that wonderful site I finally became a Mac user my dream for years. So if you’re a Lockerz user be sure to stay a member and keep trying to win something cool because you will get it soon or later!!

UPDATE: Sadly Lockerz is no lounger doing redeems and I was apart of the final one and got a $5.00 paypal.

Disneyland Adventures Details Released!

Disneyland Adventures a new Kinect for Xbox game is coming holiday 2011. Now after seeing footage of it better it looks pretty awesome and I’m hoping this makes VMK users a bit happy to see a new virtual type game has finally returned. Below is two videos of what the game is going to be like!

Welcome WUCF To Orlando!!

On April 1st 2011 the Orlando community was alerted that WMFE was to be selling its television network to another company that won’t support bringing PBS Programing. I was in shock that this was going to happen as I do from time to time watch PBS for some awesome learning information. Thanks to a website started by a UCF Student called Keep PBS In Orlando. Will it just so happens that UCF will be talking about buying PBS programing at the UCF Board of Trustees Meeting.

Will Yesterday was the day will PBS be staying in Orlando? Keep PBS In Orlando founder was there to watch the meeting so where other supporters. And at 1:00 It became official that WUCF was made and agreed PBS programing is to stay in Orlando!! So after that major success PBS is here to stay in Orlando for years to come now and WMFE is planed to go off air sometime in June. So we might possible be out with programing for a month while WUCF is planed to launch on July 1st, 2011!!

AMC Dine-In Theaters at Downtown Disney Review!

Today at 7:30 PM EST I was invited by AMC to check out there new Dine-In Theater! What is this? For an upgrade cost of $2.00 you can enjoy upgraded seating plus dining right at your table. So how does this work? Let’s go on to my experience!

When you enter the doors you notice the Ticket Counter and once you get there select your movie & select your seating. Once you have done this you’ll get confirmed tickets with your seat number on it and head to the theater now if you wish or grab a drink at Macguffins a full service bar! When you take your seat you may noticed in front of you is a table and a personal call button soon a waiter or waitress will come to take your drink order and possible food so go ahead and look at the menu now. Once your ready if no one has come to you yet hit the red button and someone will come soon! As the waiter or waitress takes your order you may notice they use a cool wireless device to do it’s basically a portable cash system and very fancy.

So hows the food? To start we had the Queso Blanco Dip & Chips it was awesome & for dinner I had Chicken Alfredo it was great. Overall it’s an amazing thing to try out and worth the upgrade price so if your going to be traveling down to Downtown Disney West Side check out AMC Dine In Theater.

A few things to remember:
It’s open to everyone 18+. All tho if you have an adult with you should be fine!
Macguffins is only open to 21 and Up. A waiter or waitress can get a non alcoholic drink for you under 21.
This is a full service restaurant skip if you don’t feel like tipping or getting food!

Here’s a small tip!
For only $6.99 plus your drinks you can get unlimited popcorn. It’s way better than the deal in the regular theater as it can cost up to $20.00 for 2 drinks and a popcorn and gives you only one refill!

Giving Back To The Community Is Awesome & Sometimes Rewarding!

For the first time ever I got to volunteer for Disney for the event called Expedition Everest Challenge 2011. And it was really an awesome experience so let me start on how it works. You can register on ESPN World Wide Of Sports site and if approved you get to help Disney make there Running events and special events the best for guests and after working 16 hours you get a free ticket for a thanks and even if you can’t do that you still get an awesome T-Shirt!!

Now let’s move onto my experience volunteering for this event! At 8:00 PM EST I had to check in for the event at Disney’s Animal Kingdom given my special T-Shirt badge and also a red wristband to alert them I’m allowed to be in the parks after my shift is over. Once all checked in I meet the first staff member and she took us into the park the back way and this was awesome. A cast member came up and offered to take us on a golf cart so I accepted and as we got to go to my destination. We passed by the finish line so cast members practice with us and started clapping at us made me feel special after this I knew it was going to be a great day! Once I arrived at my destination we got started working asap getting bags sorted and ready for the runners to pick up after they were done and we all worked will together. Work was pretty cool because we had music by us so we even danced why we had some free time. And the runners where even more amazing as they started thanking me and the rest of the team and also I even got free water from a racer!!

So after all the hard work at 11:30PM EST our shift manager was nice and allowed us off to go have some fun and join in the party. I got to say it was cool being in the Animal Kingdom at like midnight and get to ride Expedition Everest 7 TIMES with no wait what so ever and being in complete darkness! Then headed to Dinosaur ride and then just chilled and enjoyed the music and partied. It was one amazing experience and thanks to Disney for allowing us to help out & this totally made up for me not being able to make the Star Tours II special event.

D-Box Motion Seating Is It Worth It??

So yesterday at 6:40 PM EST I got to finally get to try D-Box motion seating and let me say it’s amazing and worth the upgrade charge of $8.00 depending on the movie that is!  I went to see “Fast 5″ which was a great choice because of the many car scenes I knew the seats would move a lot! So after picking up my tickets I grabbed my drink and head to the theater now just like an Arena your seats are selected and reserved for you no need to rush. Once you take your seat your seats may be off no worry’s they turn on once the trailers are done and the movie starts. If your seats are on do not brother setting the level at this time as the level restart when the movie starts. And the seats are very comfy but they won’t recline like most seats because remember they do move and shake and your drink and popcorn will remain in place!

So after everyone has also taken there seats and the trailers are done WOW the action started right away after the first scene was done the whole D-Box people started clapping it was so much fun. Though out the movie I felt everyone fighting each other and some other cool surprising scenes and the car chases was the most fun!! So overall if you have a D-Box theater near you give it a try with “Fast 5″.
